Do you offer unlimited revisions?
Yes, on every plan. Revisions are handled one at a time on business days and go straight back to your dedicated editor with your notes attached — no limit on how many rounds within the request's original scope.
How fast is turnaround?
First drafts land in 24–72 hours depending on your plan and video length — short-form is fastest, longer edits take a bit more time. Full delivery windows by video length are on the pricing page.
Will I get a dedicated editor, or a different person each time?
A dedicated pod, not a rotating pool. The same editor (or small team on higher-volume plans) stays on your account across every request.
What if I don't like the work?
Request a revision — it's unlimited on every plan, and it goes back to the same editor who already knows your project, not a stranger picking it up cold.
