Zasper Studio provides professional video editing and post-production services for creators, businesses, brands, agencies, and other organizations.

Depending on the plan selected, services may include:

• —Motion graphics and animated overlays
• —Audio enhancement
• —Captions and subtitles
• —Video resizing and formatting
• —Stock footage, music and graphic elements

The exact services, quantities, turnaround expectations, storage limits, and other inclusions applicable to your subscription are those displayed on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.

2. Subscription Plans

Zasper Studio offers subscription-based service plans.

The price, included services, usage limits, turnaround expectations and other features of each plan are displayed on the applicable pricing page before purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.

If an annual billing option is offered, the applicable annual price and billing terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.

3. Recurring Billing and Payment

Payments are processed through PayPal or another payment method made available at checkout.

By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method according to the billing frequency and price displayed at checkout.

Your subscription will continue to renew until you cancel it in accordance with these Terms and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

We do not store your full credit or debit card details on our servers. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider.

All prices displayed on the website are in the currency stated at checkout.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time through the available account or support process.

Cancellation prevents future recurring charges after the cancellation becomes effective.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by us, cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for a billing period that has already started.

5. Service Delivery

After successful payment and account activation, you may submit eligible video editing requests through the Zasper Studio platform or the submission method specified for your plan.

Turnaround times displayed on the website are estimates based on standard project requirements.

Delivery may take longer when a request involves unusual complexity, extensive revisions, missing source material, third-party dependencies, or requirements outside the standard scope of the selected plan.

6. Revisions

Where a plan includes unlimited revisions, revisions apply to the original project brief and creative direction.

A request that substantially changes the original project scope, requires a new concept, or constitutes a separate project may be treated as a new request and may be subject to applicable plan limits or additional charges.

7. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• —Providing accurate project instructions and source materials
• —Providing footage and assets that you have the right to use
• —Providing timely feedback where required
• —Ensuring that submitted materials do not violate applicable laws or third-party rights
• —Maintaining the security of your account credentials

Delays caused by incomplete instructions, unavailable files, or delayed client feedback may affect delivery timelines.

8. Intellectual Property

You represent that you have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to provide any footage, images, music, logos, trademarks, recordings, or other materials that you submit to us.

Subject to full payment and any applicable third-party licensing restrictions, the final approved deliverables created specifically for you will be made available for your use.

Third-party materials, stock assets, fonts, music, templates, plugins, or other licensed elements remain subject to their respective license terms.

Zasper Studio does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property that it does not own.

9. Client Content

You retain ownership of the original materials and content that you provide to Zasper Studio.

You grant us a limited right to access, process, reproduce, modify, and store your materials solely to provide the services you have requested.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe the rights of another person or organization.

10. Prohibited Content

We may refuse or discontinue work involving content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or by our payment providers.

We may also refuse work where completing the request could reasonably expose Zasper Studio or its service providers to legal, regulatory, security, or intellectual-property risk.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where:

• —The account is used unlawfully
• —The customer violates these Terms
• —Submitted materials create significant legal, security, or compliance risk
• —The customer attempts to misuse the platform or services

Where appropriate, we will provide reasonable notice before termination.

12. Third-Party Services

Zasper Studio may use third-party services for payment processing, file storage, communications, analytics, security, hosting, and other operational purposes.

Your use of those services may also be subject to the third party's terms and policies.

13. Refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

14. Disclaimer

We aim to provide reliable, professional and timely services. However, delivery times may vary depending on project complexity, client requirements, availability of source material, revisions, and other circumstances.

We do not guarantee any specific business, marketing, audience, revenue, engagement, or performance result from the use of our video editing services.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zasper Studio and CENITPRO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction over the business of CENITPRO.
